As a Social Media Manager, you will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. You will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and will be responsible for digital content creation. If your work ethic and experience make you the perfect candidate, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Create compelling visual content that fits strategy and messaging, ensuring content is on-brand and effective for assigned customers

  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

  • Prepare reports on account status.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

  • Work in all forms of social media and create content and designs for each – Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

  • Pitch content ideas for your social media accounts

  • Develop, manage and track social media content daily

  • Take notes during meetings to ensure highest quality of work is provided.

  • Work client events and outreach

  • Analyze social platform data to optimize campaigns and create messaging

  • Manage databases and input information, data and records.

  • Attend company functions and networking events

  • Update and post social media and website content

  • Contribute to the creative process within Mansell Media
